Pack Glasses and Flatware for a Move Out Instructions
This is part two of an article dedicated to help people who are moving out with simple step by step instructions. In this part we are going to look mainly at fragile items, glasses, goblets, plates and flatware.
Try to find a divided box as the one that glasses come with. A section for each glass would be perfect as they won’t have a touchpoint. At first you have to purchase a stack of packing paper from the supply store. Buy boxes if you do not have some left from something you have bought recently.
Wrapping the glasses in the paper is not that simple as it may seem. Use two sheets for extra safety. Wrap them around the glass and use the method of nesting that was explained in the previous article. According to the size place the smaller glasses in the larger ones but remember to put paper in between the single glasses as your risk breaking because of the pressure that could unwillingly by applied during the move out. Something I forgot to mention in the previous article is that for move out cleaning Melbourne saved myself many times as losing the security deposit is certainly something every person moving out should be careful of.
For packing plates and flatware bubble wrap will be needed. Cover the whole box well. Some people tend to use too much wrap covering the box with excess amount of it and this is not a bad idea even if your items are not that valuable. However, before putting the plates in the already covered box you have to wrap each plate in paper. Put the plates one above the other. Remember that both of the boxes should be marked FRAGILE with preferably red marker. For move out cleaners Melbourne is definitely full of offers but so should your area too.
