Sep 8Supra Bandit – Fall 2010 Colorways Everybody knows that the Skytop series are Chad Muska’s pro models and that the TK Society was designed by Terry Kennedy, but don’t forget about Supra’s Tom Penny signature sneaker. The Supra Bandit is a mid/high-cut sneaker whose clever construction allows for some nice colorblocking options while still allowing it to keep that subtle edge. There’s a whole range of new colorways that just dropped for fall, with each pair eschewing Supra’s typical Air Max 2012 flare for something more autumnal. The most audacious pair is blue with a tonal patterned section around its ankle, with brown/olive, black/gum and tonal grey pairs all going the ‘mature’ route. Scrubbing Up for a Good Cause Do you love Project Runway How about having a good time and having all the proceeds go to a great cause If the answer to each of these is yes, than like us, youll be excited to hear about a really fun fundraiser that The University of Minnesota Medical School Student Council and the FAB: Fashion and Business student group are putting on; a Project Runway style fashion competition, benefiting Smile Network.Why the Medical School you may ask Well, this unique Project Runway style competition involves medical scrubs. The teams made up purely of design students, will have to create one couture outfit and one ready-to-wear look, and the kicker They will be made completely out of ordinary hospital SCRUBS!To make the Nike Air Max Factory evening even more exciting, Project Runways, Christopher Straub and Shop NBCs Lisa Roberts will be hosting the event. Straub will even be showing his own scrub inspired collection. In addition to using ticket sales to generate revenue for the Smile Network, there will also be a silent auction for fashion accessories and items from Smile Networks Global Collection!If you are in the Minneapolis area you should definitely check the event out!

Nike SB Zoom Paul Rodriguez III (3) “Cinco De Mayo” In celebration of the Mexican heritage of Paul Rodriguez, Nike SB has hooked up his thirds signature sneaker in Mexican national colors. The reason for the celebration is "Cinco De Mayo" or the 5th of May, which is a popular day for Mexican-Americans to celebrate their heritage. The kicks come in suede build in a green base with white and red accents. Look for these to drop in May just in time to rock with some Tecate and carne asada on Cinco De Mayo.
