More than two-thirds of end user organizations (68%) contract with a managed services provider for some or all of their information technology needs, according to a recent report from CompTIA N10-005 exam, a non-profit IT professionals’ association. The majority of respondents (52%) use between two and four managed service providers, while 18% use between five and nine and 5% use more than 10, the report titled “Trends in Managed Services” found.Good communications between the customer and the managed services provider was also cited as an important factor contributing toward overall satisfaction.

Students who successfully complete the course will be given a certification in cloud computing, which CompTIA N10-005 exam hopes will become a standard requirement for those seeking to work in both cloud service procurement and provision.”This training programme is the first of its kind for the cloud community; it is for those who deal with hosted, public or private cloud services.”The course has six core modules covering areas such as the business perspective and value of cloud, adoption of cloud, the impact cloud has on IT services and its potential risks and consequences.
