There are times in most people’s lives, that they want more professional competence or higher wages. When there are many types of continuing education programs to choose from when you get to the point that you would like to further educate yourself, ask yourself what you really want. Is it more professional input in the job you already have, or do you wants to educate you in a completely different direction? Do you want to get both higher salaries and professional competence by further educate you in the same course you are in, or is it just the professional refill you want. It is in fact too hard to further educate themselves in their own field, without getting higher wages.
