In one of the early nature immersions I went on, some yellow flowers showed me they have their natural rhythm of opening in the morning and closing in the late afternoon. The insight I then got to determine was to go at my natural tempo throughout life.

That is a great insight, but how can I deliver that into my existence. It was confronting as I was operating in a very professional career and then got to determine that I was going at the tempo of the business I used to be operating for rather than my unique pace. So a few of the bullet points I acquired from that were:

– discover when I am not heading at my all-natural pace
– quit when I’m not heading at my all-natural tempo
– go at my natural tempo once more

When I brought this into the workplace, I knew when I was not heading at my all-natural pace. So I stopped anytime this happened and went back to my all-natural pace once more. After a while of practicing this I then got to determine it was not authentic for me to work there, quit the profession and started once more in life at my personal tempo. A radical shift, all from the insight from being with a yellow flower opening and closing beside the coast.

As soon as you’ve got these bullet points of how to deliver the insights into your existence, it’s then only an issue of doing them. This really is the hard part because it can trigger you to create some fairly large modifications for your life when you have the courage to follow the insights.

You realize they’re accurate to do and delaying them just prolongs the pain. However, there will be a right time for you to do them. Occasionally it has taken me up to 3 years or more to integrate the insights into my life. That is exactly where courage comes into play to be able to bring your outer existence into alignment with your internal life throughout the integration phase of your nature immersion.

Develop your relaxation methods by going on your own into the wilderness. When you are on your own in nature you are able to drop right into a deep sense of relaxation when you are wanting to.
