ISTANA PHUKET WINS BEST INTERNATIONAL ARCHITECTURE AWARD AT BLOOMBERG PROPERTY AWARDS IN LONDON
PHUKET, THAILAND: Prism Estates, the developers of the Istana Phuket residential estate in the exclusive Naithon Beach area in Phuket, Thailand, took home the prestigious Best International Architecture (Multiple Residence) award at the International Property Awards, produced in association with Bloomberg TV and Google, and presented Monday night (December 12, 2011) at the Savoy Hotel in London, England. Istana Phuket was also nominated for Best International Development (Multiple Units).
The Best International Architecture (Multiple Residence) award validates the architectural vision of Richard Shearer, Managing Partner of Prism Estates who collaborated with Gary Fell and his team at GFAB Architects to create 19 individually-designed palatial residences that offer sophisticated, timeless architecture based on intelligent bespoke design, ultimate quality and environmental harmony.

The International Property Awards are open to residential and commercial property professionals from around the globe. The awards are split into regions covering the Americas, Asia Pacific, Europe, Africa, Arabia and UK. Participants enter at their relevant national level and are judged by a highly experienced team of professionals who cover the whole range of property disciplines. Companies selected as winners are then invited to attend an awards presentation for each region and selected regional winners go onto London for the world finals.
During the Asia Pacific Region awards presentation of the International Property Awards in Shanghai last May (May 31st, 2011), Istana Phuket received top honours for all of Asia as Best Development (Multiple Units) Asia Pacific and for Best Architecture (Multiple Residence). Prism also won three Thailand-wide awards for Best Architecture (Multiple Residence) Thailand, Best Development Marketing Thailand, and Best Development (Multiple Units) Thailand.
