If you are experiencing anxiety attacks, shortness of breath or any other physical symptom then it is your body’s way of telling you something is wrong. Your body is trying to get your attention so that you can fix whatever problems or symptoms you are experiencing.

Breathing consists of two motions – inhaling air into and out of the lungs along with the transfer of oxygen and carbon monoxide between the lungs and blood vessels. The moment these bodily functions become restrained you will experience short of breath symptoms.

If the body does not have the right amount of oxygen in its blood it will not function correctly. If oxygen completely becomes withdrawn then it takes no time at all to fall unconscious and even die. With conditions such as COPD and asthma short of breath symptoms are very common. However, the correct form of COPD treatment and asthma treatment will ease the symptoms and help you live as normal a life as possible.

If after exercising, you feel short of breath symptoms then don’t panic. Exercise causes everyone to feel out of breath because the body is demanding a greater need of oxygen to fill the lungs. Only feel concerned if you experience short of breath symptoms after mild exercise.
