San Diego is a beautiful city located on the coast of the Pacific Ocean in Southern California. It is right next to the Mexican border. The city is the eighth largest city of USA. San Diego offers many recreational facilities. It owns some of the best educational institutions and has become a hub of research. The city of San Diego lies on the hills and deep canyons. This creates pockets of vegetation and parkland, which are scattered throughout the city. San Diego has a very pleasant and lovable climate. It is one of the best climates in Farmer’s Almanac. The Weather channel scored its climate as one of the two best climates in America. The metropolis has a mild but mostly dry weather. It holds an average of 70 degrees Fahrenheit on a span of 201 days and low rainfall 23-33 cm annually. San Diego holds a good reputation in its night life. The city features a lot of high end clubs and bars that will keep you busy during your visit. The world class bar tenders will amaze you with their magic and tricks. Its DJ’s (Disk Jockeys) are famous throughout the world. They make some of the best mixes. Other than that San’s beaches are open throughout the night. They hold different parties and some are even thrown by Stars (maybe you will find yourself meeting an actor).

San Diego has many public libraries. There are 34 of them throughout the city and hold some of the best titles. In 2006, the city spent $2.1 million on them. It is the hub of trade on the Pacific Ocean and is authorized by the United States Government to operate as a Foreign Trade Zone. It also hosts a kaleidoscope of museums. These include the San Diego Museum of Art, San Diego Museum of Man, San Diego Natural History Museum, Museum of Contemporary Art San Diego and many others. It also has a San Diego Air Craft Carrier Museum. San Diego is a beautiful city. It is an amalgam of various cultures and people. The metropolitan consists of a culture rich with Spanish, American and the Mexican traditions. It’s a place one can imagine to visit and spend his vacations.
