Marshall Wisniewski is a seasoned legal professional with an excellent track record of hundreds of successful representation of clients. In 1982, Marshall Wisniewski attorney was hired as an associate at David R Pheils Jr. and Assoc’s and attained junior partner status in 1984 and senior partner in 1985. In 1992, he formed Pheils and Wisniewski. He represented the estate of a client killed in a trucking accident in 1992, and obtained a 1.5 million dollar jury verdict. He also settled the wrongful death claim of a construction worker killed in a construction zone for 1 million dollars. During 1997-2008, he has represented numerous decedents and injured patients in significant medical malpractice cases for amounts exceeding five million dollars in the aggregate. From 2007-2009, Marshall Wisniewski successfully represented a Medical Device distributor in major litigation, enforcing Non-Compete provisions in Ohio Employment Agreements. Recently, in 2011, he negotiated/drafted affiliation contracts for over-the-air TV, and satellite distribution in major U.S. markets, for another of his media clients, The Telos Digital Network.
His clientele also includes media, advertising and publishing businesses. He has successfully represented them in board disputes, trademark/trade name, enforcement issues and copyright registration. He drafted licensing agreements relative to all forms of intellectual property including audio and visual works, productions and many more. He also performed transactional duties for clients in the broadcast television business upon purchase of television stations in various locations.
