The Option GT-Ultra provides mobile broadband performance for on-the-go access to the Internet, email, and business applications on a notebook. The Option GT-Ultra, by AT&T, is a new HSUPA LaptopConnect card from Option. The Option GT-Ultra goes type II PCMCIA. It is tri-band and quad-band capable for Broadband connect speeds of about 600Kbps to 1.4Mbps downloading and uploading speeds of 500Kbps to 800Kbps.
The Option GT-Ultra works seamlessly on AT&T’s 3G Broadband connect and Edge networks. This insures both great coverage and superior performance.
The pricing on the Option GT-Ultra is excellent. It can be obtained free after a two-year contract and an additional rebate. For one that is willing to jump through some hoops, this is a great deal.
