The second order only half arrived because the additional half were from stock but it simply said please re-order meaning I would want to pay their ridiculous postage charges again if I sought the remainder associated with the Embroided polo shirts but Workwear.
The 3rd order for Embroided polo shirts was the worst by far but will be my last order with this Embroided Workwear Organization.

The 1st 2 orders were for polo tops in big 42-44″ although there were issues along the means the big polo tops from these 2 orders fit extraordinary and measure 42″ precisely.

The 3rd purchase next Workwear placed in September 2011 didn’t arrive until January 2012 and no that’s not a typing mistake that’s actually how extended it took for the Workwear with arrive. Not only the the Embroided polo tops expected to become the same big 42-44″ were huge at 48″ much greater than earlier.

Oliver Slingsby owner of Embroided Workwear had several tries at fobbing me off and suggesting the older polo shirts had shrunk before finally admitting a change of supplier between orders had been responsible for big polo tops now measuring 48″ instead of 42″
They refuse with refund or exchange the Embroided polo tops and state I should have checked the part size chart on the site before ordering, Why would I if I’m presently on my 3rd purchase associated with the same thing but chosen 42-44″ because usual.
After several emails to oliver@embroidedworkwear.co.uk but not getting anyplace I recommended I will take advice since Trading Standards or Citizens Advice yet his reaction to the amazingly was because follows:

Any Trading Standard Office, CAB and or Court in the UK might see our side of the news of the individual who ordered the wrongly sized goods despite the supplier of these goods envolved all your kids may to assist consumers with a sizing guide.
I am sorry you feel this means and I’m very miffed at the technique you’re dealing with this, do what you need to do about it.

I’m not very positive if that’s an admission the polo shirts were wrongly sized by them or simply bad grammar from Oliver at Embroided Workwear yet they still refuse to take responsibility.

Oliver features an presently blocked my e-mail address so I will no longer contact him and Nicola in client apps at Embroided Workwear disconnected me from their survive chat system saying she cannot help any further on the matter.

You would think that somebody might have to be intimidating, abusive or utilizing offensive language towards them to justify taking this form of action.
