The new range of Disposerve food containers feature round sides and a square top for a unique and individual takeaway food experience. The striking construction is specifically engineered for maximum strength and heat insulation. These takeaway noodle pails are made from PE coated virgin grade food compatible material, available in 3 different sizes, 16oz, 26oz and 32oz sides, small medium and large respectively.
Our takeaway noodle boxes are the perfect size for use in the kitchen and are stackable like cups for easy use. Best of all, Disposerve has a one piece design which eliminates any potential problems with non-fitting top.
Despite the name, these noodle boxes are not just for use with noodles, they are suitable for use with a huge range of foods and takeaway items. Common uses include Pasta, Deli Salads, side orders and other takeaway meals.
Also known as Food Pails, the containers have good environmental credentials 100% recyclable and made from renewable sources. As with our whole range of disposable products, the food pails are ethically produced and very environmentally sound.
The heat insulating walls of our food boxes will not absorb liquid or oils, but will insulate the contents this means that they are ideal for use in a takeaway environment. The food inside will stay warmer for longer. Where the box has been used for a take-home meal, the containers can also be put in the microwave, the material will not go soft, sag, absorb liquid or contaminate the noodles.
When serving, our takeaway boxes are normally filled to the top of the fold, meaning that there is no wasted space. This style of serving reduces condensation and heat loss as the maximum container capacity can be filled with hot food.
The food boxes have proved to be extremely popular with local Indian Takeaway restaurants; in this case they would ordinarily be used for side orders and accompaniments. The biggest style of box is perfectly suited to carrying Naan breads with a selection of dipping sauces. In the interest of being “green” many takeaways have adopted the smaller size (16oz) container for use as a noodle container. This has proved more eco-conscious than the metallic food trays although recyclable these often end up un-sorted and disposed of with the unsorted household refuse.
Beware weak imitations of the Disposerve(tm) range; many companies will sell weak paper-like items that are simply not suitable for use with piping hot foods.
In terms of recycling, it is important to note that these boxes must not be disposed of in the usual household waste disposal. They must be properly sorted and separated and deposited at a facility with the capacity to recycle coated paper goods.
