Telecommunication is a procedure of exchanging information by means of electronic devices. Today telecom industry is a very important and basic part of any country’s communication channel. In case of any problem in this industry, may have adverse impact on various people and things.
In India telecom sector is one of the fastest growing sectors. India has second largest telecom market in the world. In the year 1980 private companies were allowed to enter in this sector of service provider and thus privatization of telecom sector started. Since then the shape of telecom industry has changed, and kept on changing forever.
In late 90’s TRAI i.e. telecom regulatory authority of India was set up to regulate the telecom sector smoothly and hassle free. Within the time period from 2007 to 2009 telecom sector showed some unexpectedly better results from telecom industry, which was lowest call rates, cheapest colored cell phones and fastest sale of mobile phones. All these changes reaccelerated the growth of one of the fastest growing sector in India.
Telecom industry provides us with some important requirements like telephone, radio, television and internet. Technologies used by telecom industries in India includes GSM i.e. global system for mobile communication, CDMA i.e. code division multiple access, PMRTS i.e. public mobile radio trunking services, and WLL i.e. wireless local loop.
These days most of the telecom users are switching from CDMA to GSM. Thus the number of CDMA users is decreasing day by day which resulted in increment of it supplementary i.e. GSM users. Some huge private telecom industries in India involves names like

The tariff rates have decreased exponentially within last few years. Large number of telecom service providers gives customers several service options. And extreme competition compels telecom companies to provide good services at minimum possible price value. The two are closest rival of each other in number one position. Another very significant and close fact is that that these two are very close at receiving complaints also. No exaggeration is the term dubious performer is used for them!
Bharti Airtel, one of the biggest Indian telecom service providers is headed by Sunil Bharti mittal. It is the largest telecom service provider in terms of number of subscribers. It is a global telecommunication company and involves nineteen countries across Asia and Africa. Complaints against Bharti Airtel is usually about poor customer care services, increased tariffs, activation of unwanted services and so on which left the customers helpless and disappointed. Vodafone is another leading telecom organization, with huge number of subscribers and the customer’s complaint against Vodafone fraud regarding excess amount of postpaid bills and then delay in restarting of service.
