Searching for the Easy Way to Make Money
This is the first of a series of articles I’m writing to chronicle my experiences as I work through what appears to be, a real life collection of learning videos, practical exercises and software called Niche Profit Classroom (“NPC”). NPC promises its participants success in reasonable time frames, providing one completes all the exercises, following closely all the instructions. Join me as I work through to the results they promise.
I am not a computer whiz with skills built-in at birth. I’ve used computers daily since 1978, but I’ve been used and abused by computers more than not. For many years, I knew that I was not in control of my computer sessions; my computer was. This was not the easy way to make money.
Then, in the 90’s genius software developers began selling programs that seem to put more and more control over my computers into my hands. Eventually, I was generating income in substantial amounts from real estate projects I designed, managed, and marketed. My computers and I had respectful relationships.
Time passed, markets exploded, computers improved, life was good. My income sources were expanding. I started growing my business in other markets around the country, managing them from northern California. I’d learned to master Microsoft Office, and my computers and I were constant companions. Then it happened; it all collapsed.
We took a huge fall. My edge in the market was facilitated by my computers, software and my willingness to submit to them. We (my computers and me) might as well have been chained to the deck of the Titanic. We were going down; no doubt. And we did.
The skies finally cleared and we actually landed on our feet. We didn’t have much, but we were standing up. Starting again was not an option. I had just turned 61, and there was no “golden parachute” retirement waiting for me in the wings. Many of you know exactly where of I speak.
My wife went back to work nursing, and we moved to northern Nevada to get out of big city hustle, and to cut our overhead. We loved our new home but there was less business opportunity than I had ever experienced. Potential income options in my new neighbor were virtually non-existent.
I thought I could develop a website income. I liked the idea of making a living working online from rural Nevada. I thought I could fire up a website, and collect $50,000.00 per month within 30 days. That was two years ago. I found myself researching, buying and learning eBooks, software and “sure bet” techniques that promised immediate riches.
Through it, I learned the network income language; it taught me what a balanced set of internet auto profit components looked like. The time it took to learn what I needed to build a consistent, reliable, duplicable, long term, income system, was necessary.
I can’t guarantee what the outcome of my experiences will be, but having completed a review of the entire NPC instruction video series, the mystery of niche marketing and search engine optimization is gone. I’ve used a couple of the tools provided, and I’m impressed. Niche Profit Classroom appears to hold the promise of being the easy way to make money online.
