Lifestyles can be explained as our way of living, things we consume, people we hang out with, etc. Usually people have two types of lifestyles: healthy and unhealthy lifestyle. It is better to have healthy lifestyle but most of the people lead life with unhealthy lifestyle in order to earn wealth. Actually, people during their younger days work till late nights, eat fast food as and when required, get drunk heavily during weekends and enjoy with friends in order to get rid of the stress and tension of work.
The result of leading a life with unhealthy Lifestyles is that they develop many diseases and as the time passes by their body starts lacking in energy and one by one the conditions of the organs start to deteriorate. But still they have to work in the same way because they have to pay large amounts of money in the form of bills to which they have committed few years back in order to lead a life with better standard of living. Therefore, it is advised that people should lead healthy Lifestyles because it enables you to have a good health. Other benefits of healthy lifestyle are less health care costs, less likely to fall sick or get injuries, fewer visits to doctors, helpful in fulfilling job responsibilities thereby improving employer and employee relationship. Another important benefit of healthy lifestyle is that people will be able to control their weight because obesity or overweight is the main cause of many diseases in men, women and children. Moreover, a healthy lifestyle increases the longevity of their life. So leading a life following a healthy lifestyle is full of benefits; hence, people should avoid unhealthy lifestyles and destroy their life.
It is not that you have to be like an Olympic athlete to have healthy Lifestyles but regular exercise, healthy eating habits and discipline in life are necessary for healthy living.
