Aarti wants to become an airhostess, Raghav joins IT BHU although his real passion is journalism and he wants to change the country for the better through journalism. Gopal’s aims are completely material but he fails to make it to IIT. He then joins forces with corrupt MLA Shukla who promises to start Gopals’s own college. The wheels of corruption are in motion with bribes for property on disputed land, registry, UGC officials, inspectors and the lot. Revolution 2020 is laced with love, corruption and ambition where one uses his intelligence to make money, one uses his intelligence to start a revolution and the hitch is that both of them are in love with the same girl.
