So be sure you schedule a few brain breaks each day and then be sure to actually take them. You need it, your mind needs it, this is definately your time. There are a ton of things you can do to improve on your own time management skills. You can get more organized and eventually on task no matter what situation you are beginning with. You just have to create new habits. In a matter of time you will be a time management master never ever having to worry about losing time daydreaming.
