Vocaloid Costumes-An Adventure to Take Refuge
During Miku’s development Crypton Future Media decided to take a different approach to that used by the other Vocaloid sound bank publishers. It was decided that to make the product successful not only would a highly appealing voice need to be developed but that voice needed an image. In this way the target focus for Crypton’s Vocaloids changed from high end music studios to the general public, specifically teenagers. Currently, the storm of Vocaloid extended to the field of Cosplay when the subculture turns out to be the general phenomena in Japanese Street Fashion. The devotion and passion for cosplay drives the progress of industry which produce Vocaloid Costumes and collections.
Like the cultural phenomena spun around franchises like Star Trek, Star Wars, Dr. Who, and others which have gained monumental followings across the globe and spawned a plethora of conventions, anime – the animated export of Japan – has done the same. Vocaloid costumes from Hatsune Miku is a cosset to personate for almost girls and ladies cause this kind of outfit is filled with the both sense of cute and seductive compared with general girlish Lolita Cosplay Costumes and boyish Game Cosplay. Disney even dipped into the anime-market, becoming the American distributor of films produced by Studio Ghibli, a well-known and respected Japanese animation studio. Ghibli films, such as Spirited Away, won the Academy Award for Best Animated Feature in 2002. Another Ghibli film, Howl’s Moving Castle, was nominated for the same award in 2005, but was beat out by Wallace and Gromit: Curse of the Were-Rabbit.
Anime, evidently, is just as diverse as any medium of entertainment. Moreover, fans of anime and manga say the stories crafted by the Japanese are much more intricate and appealing than those produced by their American counterparts. Differ from those attire designed by the professionals, Vocaloid Costume has its own features to stand out in the anime stage. The tremendous population of fans has an influence on the development accordingly. I have no idea about how rapid the growth of cosplay group, but from what we observe, it’s not that superficial and plain as it is remarked by people don’t understand anime and cosplay. Yup, the spirits from anime is inspiring, and dissociate the essence of reality. Though, everyone who wants to get inspired through an adventure in an anime is dynamic.
Such Vocaloid Costumes displays may lead people unfamiliar with anime fandom to wonder – just who are these people and what planet are they from? They may hear the term “anime” or “manga” thrown around in explanation, and yet remain in a state of bewilderment. More specifically, anime – pronounced A-nee-MAY – is a catch all term that refers to animation of Japanese origin and the myriad art styles it promotes. Manga – pronounced mahn-ga – is the Japanese version of comic books and graphic novels, and it often synonymous with anime.
