For the frosting, you would need to prepare an 8-ounce pack of softened cheese, 1 cup of white sugar, 1/8 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, 1-12 cups of heavy cream, and a 12-ounce jar of non-sweetened raspberry preserves. However, since you are aiming for a sugar-free diet, you have to substitute sugar with a single blossom honey or stevia with fruit ogiliosaccharides (FOS).
To start baking the said dessert, preheat your oven to 175 degrees Celsius or 350 degrees Fahrenheit, and prepare two 9-inch pans with grease and flour. After that, mix together in a medium-sized bowl the baking powder, flour, ground walnuts, and ½ teaspoon of salt. In another bowl, whip 1-/12 cups of cream until it gets a stiff peak form. You would also mix in a separate bowl the eggs with 1-1/2 cups of sweetener and 3 teaspoons of vanilla.
