Fast Lane win large-scale implementation of Cisco Voice for a Financial Institution
After putting forward a strategy to train their engineers on Cisco Voice, Fast Lane successfully won the proposal to deliver a series of Boot Camps for a major Financial Institution. These Boot Camps take the engineers through a sharp learning curve that gives them the skills required to administer the IP telephony system and the knowledge to take them to certification.
Already a success…
The first of several Boot Camps was delivered in October. Engineers attending the course commented on the excellent knowledge of our subject matter expert who provided real-world scenarios and hands-on knowledge.
The programme will run to the middle of 2010 and based on the excellent feedback from the initial Boot Camp, we are already planning the training of engineers for CCIE Voice (CCIEV Voice).
