Are You Climbing The Right Ladder?
Do you love your network marketing business? I do because I know that it is a career that I enjoy building and why I’m doing it. Compared to my retail fashion business which used to be a line of work that I cannot imagine myself doing anything but that, I’ve come to realize that it has been a great blessing because I’m no longer in it and I have no regrets.
We have only one life to build our career with and with that life, we must be sure we are going in the right direction.
Most people, who get a job, climb the corporate ladder. But in the 21st century, this may or may not seem to be the most feasible case now. People are getting retrenched and many are jobless since last year’s economic crisis.
Even if people survive the retrenchment, there is no guarantee of a bright future.
That is why we must always ask ourselves this question… climbing the corporate ladder is good, but will it matter when you reach the top if you realize that the ladder is not leading against the right wall? Apparently, we are the only ones who can honestly answer this question because our loved ones are dependent on our success.
So back to the question about climbing the right ladder…
Some people might ask if network marketing is the right ladder for them. Those who fail claim that the business ‘doesn’t work’. But is that really true? No it isn’t.
Unlike most 9-5 jobs, you get time freedom, financial freedom and a sense of purpose when you succeed.
When you build your network marketing business, are you willing to do whatever it takes to achieve your goals? In my experience, I’ve realized that not every single person who joins my team is suitable to be in network marketing. This is the honest fact. But the problem is that it is not about how hard this industry is, this business has never failed anyone.
MLM doesn’t fail you, we fail ourselves when we quit. So we all need to examine our determination from time to time. Are we losing sight of our real goal when we start to blame the industry for being ‘too hard’? You need to build your patience. And remember, patience grow when you are pushed to your limit… so hang in there – you are only 5 people away from making it big.
