Skiing is a pastime many people love. Hitting the slopes in heavy winter clothing and preparing for a trip like no other is part of every skiers passion. There are many places which are above and beyond for skiing, but one place that truly signifies the sport is Vail. This is the place for anyone who seriously loves to ski. Vail is a town that offers more than just skiing. While in town, you and your vacation entourage can enjoy many other activities and attractions. With the Rockies looming in the foreground, Vail is an entity that inspires awe in anyone who visit’s the region.

There are numerous places to ski. Vail has many different resorts from which to choose. Vail Cascade Resort & Spa, Simba Run 1517, Tivoli Lodge Hall, and Antlers are just a few of the best ski lodges in Vail. These represent the best places to stay for those who want to ski. Vail has other offerings including Destination Resort, Beaver Creek Mountain Resort, and Breckenridge Ski Resort. Keystone and Heavenly are two other popular ski resorts in the region. Guests can stay at any of these places and quickly get to the slopes they came for. These resorts make it only so easy to enjoy the ski slopes of the Rocky Mountains.

Winter activities exist beside skiing. If you want to do something other than ski, Vail has many options. Guests can toboggan, snowshoe, and ride tubes down the slopes.
