Point 2: Take some time from your busy day to do a good amount of exercise. By exercising, you are giving your body the energy to stay fit. Most people also do too much exercise for maintaining healthy weight and become victims of arthritis or other health related problems. Too much is always dangerous. Doctors recommend 15 minutes for daily exercise and 2 to 3 hours during a week. Extreme stress also is one of the reasons for increase in weight. Practicing yoga and meditation is the best remedy for taking out stress and thus, maintaining healthy weight. Meditation gives your mind the needed rest, refreshes it and increases its efficiency.
