On the other hand, the diesel variant of this car powered by 1.5 liter K9K diesel engine that churns maximum power of 86 PS @ 3750 rpm and peak torque of 200 Nm @ 2000 rpm. The diesel Sunny possesses caliber to attain speed slot of 0 – 100 kmph in a time span of 14.7 seconds with its top speed being 176 kmph. From the point of fuel efficiency the Sunny Diesel is a value for money product, it delivers mileage of 17.5 kmpl in city and 21.6 kmpl on highways.
