Priced to be competitive with other basic styles of cell phones, the Samsung SCH-R410 has several good points. The QWERTY keyboard slides out from the side of the display screen, which is a convenient touch. Fans of Bluetooth will be happy to know that the R410 offers access to this service option. The camera provides an excellent capture with an autofocus feature, and the voice dialing option can come in very handy.
There are some drawbacks to the R410. The standby time is on the low end of the scale, clocking in at a little over eight days. Talk time is not stellar either, with only two and a half hours between charges.
Still, at the price, the R410 is a good choice for a personal phone if the consumer is more interested in reliable connections and good voice quality. However, the low talk time may render the unit undesirable to anyone who uses the phone while on the run all day.
