Description of the certification

Before a candidate starts preparing for this certification program’s test, he ought to have certain prerequisites. To obtain this certification, a candidate is required to pass two tests. The first test is Test 000-733-DB2 9 application developer. The duration of this test is 90 minutes and the total number questions involved in this test are 70. To pass this test, the minimum percentage is fixed at 55. This test contains a total of five sections and the questions are multiple choice type. The language in which the rest is being administered is English. The first section deals with the concepts related to the methods of programming and the objects related to the database. It has a weight age of 16% in the test. The sixth and the seventh sections deal with .NET programming and the Java programming while the eighth one deals with advanced programming.
