Dwayne Johnson Training – Dwayne Johnson’s Change
Have you ever wondered precisely what Dwayne Johnson’s training routine is? I know I have. I remember seeing “The Rock” on TV in his early wrestling nights, coming out of college football being a bulky 280 pound defensive lineman.
Now he graces the silver screen at the lean and toned 225 pounds.
So what is Dwayne Johnson’s instruction regime that has allowed him to get so lean?
Well because you could imagine, Dwayne’s education has changed a lot considering that his football nights. Back then, his education was all about turning into bigger, faster and also stronger. Big weighty lifts and eating like an animal. This individual jokingly referred to themselves back then as “The Samoan Michelin Man”.
Even so, once he was a wrestler, Johnson’s training routine modified, because he realised his / her flabby 280 pound body just had not been going to cut it, within the “superhero” world of pro wrestling. So he stiffened up his diet regime and changed his training to brighter weights for increased reps with supersets and intensely little rest between sets to get the pulse rate up and burn up fat.
Doing this he decreased 20 pounds, but got down to 260.
Then as he was about to depart wrestling and follow his acting career, he knew which being bulky is definitely something Hollywood frowns on.
So he appointed a new trainer, and managed to slice his or her body fat in half throughout 4 and a half weeks, going from 260 pounds, to a low fat 245.
Here is Dwayne Johnson Workout routine during this time.

Today he weighs in at 225 pounds and here is what Dwayne Johnson himself says about his training…
“My workout is my cup of coffee in the morning, my sanctuary. I truly do a lot of cardio…My partner and i keep that regular, because I like getting my heart rate involving 120 and A hundred thirty for the entire hour along with 15 minutes. I combine cardio with resistance training, weights and key training. It is all non-stop and also the goal for me is usually to challenge myself each day with different workouts,Inch
Now although he works his buttocks off he would not have lost a pound of fat if his diet was all messed up. His diet basics are protein shakes, beef, chicken breast, and vegetables.
So here can be his diet extracted from the April 2004 issue of Gents Health.
