Virtual Desktop Infrastructure – New Fast Lane Training Program
The VMware Partner Training Fast Lane has a new four-day course “VMware View 5: Install, Configure, Manage (VIEW)” in the program. The participants of the training will finally install and configure the VMware suite of products and can manage. The training is designed specifically for system administrators and integrators who are responsible for running the VMware Virtual Desktop Infrastructure.
As part of the course, participants learn at the beginning, the VMware View components to install properly. Then configurations are important in the curriculum: create user profiles with View persona management, control desktops in local mode and create a safe access to a public network. Furthermore, the FastLane experts explain how to deal with Dedicated and Floating desktop pools and Linked-Clone Virtual Desktop. Students will also practice using ThinApp. The training also prepares the certification “VMware Certified Professional – Desktop (DT-VCP5)” before.
Basis for the VIEW-View 5.0, the training and the ThinApp 4.6 releases.
