The IT training provider, and Cisco Learning Partner Specialized Fast Lane ( www.flane.ch ) has the five-day course Implementing Cisco IOS Telephony and Unified Communications Express (IITUCX) in its portfolio. The focus is on the implementation of the Cisco Unified Communications system into the corporate network. Primarily intended for the training of network administrators, managers, designers, engineers and system engineers who are responsible within their companies for the integration of a Voice over IP (VoIP) telephony standard.

To introduce participants to the basic benefits and components of the Cisco Unified Communications system to know. They also acquire a basic knowledge of the operations, the protocols and the components of a VoIP call. The Fast Lane coach furthermore explicitly discuss the implementation of the “Cisco Unified Communications Manager Express.” The installation and configuration of the “Cisco Unity Express,” including the “Cisco Unity Express Auto Attendant” are also on the curriculum.
