Blank lanyards are being selected by schools all over the planet. Learning institutions are using lanyards as a way of increasing their efforts at security. Schools are purchasing lanyards for their student and are asking that they be worn while the children are on the grounds. The cords provide the students with a means of displaying their ID at all times.

These cords would have to be returned to the office when the individual had concluded their business.
One of the reasons that lanyards are ideal for this kind of application is the fact they can be utilized by anybody. The person’s gender, size and age does not matter. Furthermore, the cords can be worn over anything. They will not damage delicate fabrics and they can fit over top of bulky jackets.
Field trips are another time when a school can benefit from lanyards. Teachers often ask that parents join the class on these outings. This is a wonderful idea, but it can be a problem if the children and parent do not know each other. To make certain that the parents and the children can easily recognize each other, lanyards could be worn.
The lanyard itself can be a part of the field trip activities. If the teacher was planning to break the class down into smaller groups for the outing, each group could create name tags with the name of the group on them. For example if the outing was to the zoo one group could be the lions and another would be the bears.
If the lanyards had wallet attachments, each child could use the wallet to hold a carry a pencil, and a map of the zoo inside. They could also use this wallet to carry any question sheets that they were supposed to answer while they were sightseeing.
