They must have experience of system migration and have skills for managing complex and difficult environments. They must have strong concepts of software development life cycle and have good exposure of financial applications. They must be strong in analysis and design phase for complex projects.
Solution Designers must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and they must be committed towards their work and goals. They must be good planner and a good decision maker as they must have problem solving skills and strong decision making. They must possess good inter-personal skills and eager to learn new technologies.
