The technical means coping with this problem is limited due to the backward mechanical manufacture in our country. In respect to the treatment of old concrete pavement, America has accumulated a set of technology called rubblization technology. This paper has done the following studies on the Multiple-Head Crusher rubblization technology:
1. The broken mechanism of Cement concrete pavement and the intensity principle of rubbished slab.
2. One grid model of cement concrete pavement is established, which is analyzed by the software ANSYS. The Natural frequency and ‘height of drop hammer – stress’ curve is worked out by the result.
3. Explored the construction process of rubblization technology
