How to Make Vibrating Feeder Use Longer ?
Application scope of vibrating feeder: widely use for crushing and screening in the production line of mine, macadam court, metallurgy, building materials, chemical industry, beneficiation, coal mine and etc. In the vibrating feeder process flow, the blocky and granular materials from storage bin are fed to the receive equipments evenly, duly and continuously. It can feed materials to crushers continuously and evenly in sand production line, and can screen materials coarsely, it is widely applied in combined operation of crushing and screening in the industries of metallurgy, coal mine, beneficiation, building materials, chemical industry, grinding materials and etc.
Vibrating feeder is a kind of linear direction feeding equipment, and also called Vibratory feeder. It features smooth vibrating, reliable operation, long service life and being suitable for feeding. They are widely used in mining, building-material, silicate and chemical industry in the crushing and screening plants.

Vibrating feeder is an important machine in stone production line. Usually, there is three installation way of vibrating feeder in stone production line. 1. Horizontal installation. This installation suitable to the situation of stable feeding. It is can prevent artesian of materials.
2. Slopes downward 10 degrees. This installation suitable to the situation of feeding continuously of the raw materials.
3. Slopes downward 15 degrees. This type installation is applicable to the situation of continuously feeding large water viscous or raw materials.
When use vibrating feeder, we should always check the amplitude of vibration motor. We should immediately stop the vibrating feeder in case of any abnormal condition.
There are two eccentric shafts rotating at high speed at the same time from opposite directions, thus the strong centrifugal force is formed. The component forces of centrifugal force along the vibrating direction will always overlap each other, then counteract with that of vertical force from vibrating direction, then exciting force along single direction is formed to drive the feeder vibrate along straight line. When materials are fed into the feeder, they may be thrown up and move like Para curve, then fall down. The materials will move forward on the slope surface of the feeder.
The air of the inflatable mechanical mix type flotation machine is blew into the flotation cell by external set of fans. air inflation and mixing is separated. Its advantage is the large aeration quantity, Low power consumption and can be adjustable. But it needs to add fan and pulp to return to the pump.
