He even combined most of his charities and named it Phillips Charitable Organization (PCO). The organizations mission is to focus on helping military veterans, single parents, and at-risk students. PCO is well known to giving grants within a span of 48 hours and lacks an administrative overhead. Therefore, 100% of the funding reaches the recipients. The organizations also support the Harlem Village Academies.
