How to avoid mining machinery aging
After long service, the crusher will generally lose its work performance due to damage, out of shape, corrosion, cavition, loosen of components or other factors. (1) Watch out for crusher operation situation. For example, we can check if the tooth gear meshes, or the sound of broken is normal. If abnormal, measures should be taken timely.
(2) Guarantee the size of ore should not exceed 80%~85% width of feed port. Besides, we should feed ore evenly to avoid metal block entry into crushing chamber.
(3) Pay attention to discharging port and convey condition at any time.
(4) Observe if the hydraulic spring, cooler, filling gauge and filter operation is normal. Check oil temperature and oil pressure. When passed through cooler, the oil temperature should below 60 degree, and be controlled the range of 45 to 56 degree.
(5) Add grease at regular time into pendulum device and gear bearing.
(6) Check regularly the beam, center shaft and frame. And check the wear and loosen condition of crushing liner. Deal with it once discovered.
(7) Adjust the discharging port. Observe the product particle size, if there being coarse particle size that indicates that the liner wears and the discharging port becomes larger. We should adjust the port timely to meet the particle size requirements.
