Getting something done is not that easy, sometimes we can do bigger work with help of professional consultants or professional company, but small work like mobile repair, or getting back important data from damaged mobile, call it rescue operation, is not that easy. We all come across such situation when we need urgent help from professionals, we don’t mind paying a little extra but subject to condition that we have to get this done as quickly as possible. I would like to share my experience on this tiny but real disturbing problem.
I had a meeting with a new client inNorth Sydney, and I was all set to go. Before starting I called ‘Reyana’ (my assistant) for last minute check and she arranged a conference call with client’s office to confirm the agenda of meeting. All looked good, and after hanging phone, I was very positive about the meeting.
While on the way, I thought to have a quick look on my emails, and to me surprise, my BlackBerry was dead. I was out of contact, I did try to utilize my mechanical skill, but it was good for nothing.

Well let me confess, I was without any clue, on that time, it could happen with any one, think about loosing all your contacts, emails, meeting schedules, address, bank details, and those priceless pictures.

I am sharing this story because I want to highlight these small mobile problems that might come in our day to day life. We are very much dependent on our communication tools and we keep lots of information in them. Like we use iphones, ipads, laptops and so on.
