How much can the housing price be cut down?
In resent years, the house price is keep rising by a wide margin. For the reason that house plays an important role in Chinese people’s life, most people regard it as the base of family, which is hard to change in short time. What’s more, with the rapid development of the economy, the urbanization level is increasing. More and more countrymen move to city to seek for higher quality life, so the demand for house is expanded, which gives rise to the high house price.
From my point of view, the house price now is at a peak value, but it will go on rise at a lower speed. The price is depending on the house market. The price of land, the competition among land agents and the government’s policy all have effects on the it. Even though the government has enacted its policy on housing price, it’s still impossible for the price to fall to a low level. So how to rationally regulate the house price, making the price back to its normal way, has been a crucial problem that couldn’t be neglected by the government.
I think we all hope that the price of house will fall to a low level. It will benefit our life. I wish we can achieve that dream!
