Navneet Gems and Minerals has progressed in leaps and bounds since its founding by Mr Suresh, who has lot of responsibilities on his shoulders being the eldest son in his family. He joined his father in the business at the young age of just 19. He started working with all types of gemstones at his father’s office in India. Because of Suresh’s leadership qualities and ability to learn and grasp things quickly he soon gathered a lot of knowledge under the guidance of his father, Mr Om Prakash Agarwal. He soon mastered the art of seeing, selecting and buying of the rough materials which he couldn’t have mastered otherwise. At that point of time the company used to avail rough from mining companies and then it was provided to its manufacturing units in Jaipur. Then the company used to export its products to various parts of the world.
Seeing the excellent growth opportunities that this field offers, Suresh then started travelling to different parts of the world to expand its business at a rapid pace. The big hub, United States was the first country visited by Suresh which is an eventual consumer market of jewellery. He then landed in Europe and after that, japan and got settled in Germany for few years due to the boom of the business there because of its strong governance and great economy. After achieving a great success in the business, he then finally decided to settle down in Bangkok, close to his mother country, India. From Bangkok he could easily monitor his business and he never looked back since then.
