4) It can reduce noise, improve the operating environment. When working, the metal screen not only generates sympathetic vibration with the screen box, it also produce some fibrillation, which will be more obvious after its worn. Moreover, the rigid collision of the materials with the box surface and the vibration of the other components, which all will cause high noise. However, the metalloid screen is a whole screen plate, which has the certain buffer effect and can reduce the noise to about 20dB.
All pieces of vibration exciter should be taken apart and cleaned and bearing and labyrinth slot injected moderate lubricating grease after screen out of factory for more than 6 months. Please check if eccentricity of two ends in vibration exciter’s eccentric block is the same. If vibration exciter is vibrating electrical machine, blocks at two ends of exciter should have the same opening angle and point to the same direction or screen would swing and two electric machine of self-synchronizing vibration screen would be out of sync. When exciter is finished installing, you can wrench the eccentric blocks by hand. If it occurs at the problems of over-large resistance or stuck, there is a need to find out the reason and do some adjustment.
