Nanny Job Functions
The International Nanny Association defines a nanny or housekeeper as one of person “employed by the family on moreover a live-in or live-out basis undertaking all tasks associated to the care of children. A hazard in combining the nanny / housekeeper responsibility is that there might be clash among different aspects of their job responsibilities. It is very rare to effectively unite the nanny / housekeeper responsibilities when there are children beneath 6 in the household.
