There are also people who attempt this job who may have the business sense but their heart is so big and compassionate, that they lose their way trying to figure it out. These people find themselves very unhappy and usually find that another line of work would better suit them. It is difficult to ask others to give you something that they do not have.
But there are always those really good employees that make collection jobs easier to do. They are easy to talk with, sympathetic to individual situations and have a natural way of guiding and assisting people in a way that makes them feel nurtured. These are the workers that should be commended for a job well done.
