Garhwal: A Jewel of Uttarkhand
Garhwal is a province in the state of Uttarkhand in Northern India. It is a part of the Himalayas and notable peaks like Nanda Devi, Kedarnath, Trisul, Kamet, Chaukhamba, and Dunagiri. It was a part of the ancient Garhwal kingdom that ruled the area for many centuries before the British included it in the British India.
