Tod Seisser and why Grok

From New York’s School of Visual Arts Tod Seisser managed to obtain his BFA degree (Bachelor of Fine Arts). He did this in the year 1979. His area of specialization was in Advertising & Graphic Design. He started his career by working as a creative director in Levine Huntley Schmidt & Beaver. His stint here lasted for five years (1983-88). During that time the clients he worked for included New York Air, McCall’s Magazine, Citizen Watch and Kronenbourg Beer. After that he moved to Ammirati Puris Lintas (Ammirati & Puris). Here he worked for eight years (1989-1997). During this time he handled clients that included Rolling Rock, Club Med, RCA, Burger King, Nikon, and UPS.

In the year 1997 he moved to J. Walter Thompson and worked here for around eight moths. His designation was Co-Executive Creative Director (May – December 1997). He handled many clients including DeBeers, Clairol, Lipton, and Kelloggs. After December 1997 he shifted to Saatchi & Saatchi. His designation here was as Chief Creative Officer. He worked her for six years (1998-2004). Tod Seisser was in charge of big clients including Delta Airlines, Proctor & Gamble, and Johnson & Johnson. At the same time he also brought new clients to the company. These clients included the International Olympic Committee, Yoplait, Iams, and Kodak. After leaving Saatchi & Saatchi he started working as a freelancer (2004-2008). While working a freelancer he was able to handle different clients as well as agencies. In the month of June 2008 he with the help of both Julie Bauer and Steve Landsberg was able to form Grok. He has been working in Grok till this day.
