3 Diet Principles To Adopt While Doing The GSP RushFit 8 Week Training Program

Looking through the many ( and growing) volume of GSP RushFit 8 Week Training Program user and media reviews, one thing that slightly surprised me was the issue of nutrition and it’s importance.

Now, as a veteran of P90X I know that nutrition makes the difference in many areas but especially in results. As we have discussed here and on my blog, we clearly work out to look good just as much or more than we do for any health imperative or to feel better. The most successful workouts drill down on exactly the steps and things we must do to look our best. The creators know ahead of time that you must have great “after” views to tempt the customer into buying the product.  We are inspired first emotionally, and we have a deeper emotional attachment to looking great than we ever will to feeling great.

Unmistakably this was the guiding principle at work when MMA trainer Erik Owings and Welterweight champion/MMA Legend George St. Pierre conceived and created the GSP RushFit 8 Week Training Program. The intent was to provide outcomes visually that measured up to P90X and to do so incorporating the moves in GSP’s normal MMA Training regimen. The user can be part of a professional preparation schedule of a sport that is growing, not diminishing in popularity. The creators have been proven prescient by the amazing success in both sales and customer satisfaction since the launch in December 2012.

The nutrition portion is not to be underestimated when entering into the GSP RushFit 8 Week Training Program. In fact, I would say there are three maxims that an individual should strongly consider following if they want to ensure they will finish and finish well in this workout.

First, be prepared to work out on a nearly empty stomach. There are so many high intensity moves with jumping and dropping that you risk getting poor performance if you overeat before you work out. This is why I love first thing in the morning as the time do GSP RushFit.

Second, be ready to drink lots of water. I am talking more than P90X. Staying hydrated is crucial for your overall health and you simply won’t stay with this program if you aren’t.  Also, water acts as a filler so consider having an extra glass before meals if you are beginner looking to lose weight.

Third, avoid the 3 white poisons of salt, sugar and white flour. When in doubt, this is the rule I always fall back on and it never has failed me. Beyond these tips try to stay on top of your workout nutrition plan as best you can and you should be fine to achieve best results.
