India Needs Customer Experience
The Indian business market is still young and fresh. There is still time for each business organization to grow to its potential. This is the time for the Indian business market as people are open to any brand recognition. So any new business agenda or a new organization can still mark its presence and try to lay a strong basis for its foundation. The key here is to gain the customer’s trust and loyalty and it is only possible if the business organizations and brands are ready to offer great customer experience.
There are multiple steps, which the Indian business tycoons can opt to penetrate in the market and gain trust of the customers.
The first thing you need to do is to find the proper medium for communication. The advertisement is the key here. Letting your word reach the people will let the people reach out to you and your product. When you have the customer experience in your mind, you will also have clarity about whom you are targeting. The advertisement in general. However, at some level you are targeting a particular niche. No one knows better about your niche than yourself, as you know better what kind of experience you are offering as a company. If you are delivering thrill and energy, obviously you need to attract youth. However, if your motive is to provide comfort and value for money then obviously you will be targeting a different age group. And the whole pattern changes in a similar fashion.
The next step is to set social media goals. This is very important. You need to develop a two-way relationship with your customers. You have to make them feel that their feedback is important. Understanding the Indian market, you must realize that like Europe or USA you cannot run campaigns or events to socialize with your customers. Here you have to relate with your customer on a different level. The television and movies are the biggest mediums of communication. India is also one of the largest hosts to Facebook. Therefore, you can use this medium to communicate with the people, to learn what they want and expect from you so as to deliver them.
Use the best technology and processes that you can. You have to make the customer feel that he is being delivered what he demands and that too in the best quality. Hire the best people in the business, pay for the best technology and use the best processes to do the job. You also have to take the feedback of the people from time to time and get back to them with a positive response. Engaging customers in one-to-one activities with the brand can be a great way to build a strong relationship.
Marketing a product and selling it to the customer is pretty much what is called a good sale, however to alter the product according to the demand of the customer and providing the valuable customer experience accordingly, is what the Indian businesses need to work on.
