TermWiki’s Photo Contest Ends Soon – Get your Final Entries in to Win $250!
If youve got a creative side and are interested in earning a little cash, take note – TermWiki.com is running our first ever photo contest, to give everyone (even those not so well trained in photography) a chance to win. The contest has so far been hugely successful in getting users talking and meeting their peers, as well as showcasing some breathtaking art.
The rules of the contest are simple users upload their favorite picture that they’ve taken along with a short description of why this picture is meaningful to them, and then put it out into the wild for the world to see. Even if you’re not confident in your photography skills you’re still encouraged to enter, as the story captured in the picture is just as important as the technical skills. Other users can then vote on the pictures and stories they like, with the owner of the best photo taking away the grand prize of $250 in Amazon vouchers.
Further prizes are also available for second and third place, $100 and $50 vouchers respectively. The winning photographs will also be prominently displayed on TermWiki and forever immortalized in our photo album. Well also share these pictures on our social media outlets to show them off to the entire world.
The contest ends very soon, so this is your last chance to mount a late game comeback and take the top prize! There are many ways to get points for your picture you can share it with your family and friends, post it on your favorite websites, or take advantage of TermWiki’s many social features to rally the community around your special moment.
If you still havent entered, then head on over to http://www.termwiki.com/2012_photo_contest_scoreboard to check out the competition and get yourself started. The contest ends on October 15th 2012, so get in quick!
