Cancun Cosmetic Dentistry best experience ever!
This is more of a personal rant i have which i needed to share with anyone who is willing to listen. Now i am a honest hardworking American and i am proud of my Country which i served for many years and i love my family and will always try to provide the best for them, so you get the idea of where i am coming from.
What this rant is about is why i cannot afford to pay for Dental treatments for myself and my family here in America, seriously in this day and age how can it be possible for Dentists here to charge exuberant amounts of money for even the very basics like cleaning and fillings, not even mentioning the 2 root canals needed by my wife and the Crowns i need. I work hard and so does my wife we pay our taxes like everyone else but why does the thought of paying my families dental bills turn me into a sweating no sleep having mess.
Well i am here to tell you no more, on the recommendation of an old service buddy who lives in Mexico he told me about how cheap he had all his dental work done Root Canals, Crowns the lot. And after i stopped laughing at him thinking i would seriously jeopardize my families health by taking them to some Mexican back alley dentist he told me the price he paid and i stopped laughing. He assured me that far from being a back alley dentist in dangerous Mexico, it was now a world renowned destination for us Americans and even Canadians. People just like myself who work hard but simply cannot afford to pay the outrageous prices so many American dentists expect (i am sure i was putting my dentists kid through college single handily) .
I asked him to send me some information of clinics and he did. I opened up his email and clicked through links of dentists all of which looked impressive, but doesn’t everything on the Internet. But i checked the clinic he said he had his work done and i was surprised no seedy dentist not even a back alley insight…but a modern looking clinic called CANCUN COSMETIC DENTISTRY which had all the information i could need and even a section which i filled out the procedures i wanted and it gave me an automatic quote in U.S. Dollars after placing the treatments i knew we all needed i clicked the get a quote button and up it came…….i really thought it was broken so i repeated it and up came the same amount! so i emailed the info sign a question and waited. The next day i was contacted by a English speaking representative from the Clinic who answered all my questions and more.
I then decided i would mix our families yearly vacation with seeing an old buddy and getting our dental work done. I was not telling the children until we got there and i had been seen first to make sure i was happy with what i got.
After a few days of well deserved relaxation with the family i went for my appointment with Dr German (considered the best dentist in Cancun) and what a pleasure it was, i was at first a bit cold and guarded but he really was a pleasure to talk to and was interested in what i wanted not what he though i needed. The clinic was busy but relaxed and everyone waiting or leaving were American funny i thought.
So my first time in the chair i had chatted for 40 minutes had some x-rays and had been checked over and was told i only needed 2 Crowns instead of the initial quote from my Dentists back home of 4. And how much did all of this cost me your right Nothing! Dr German explained if i was happy with his diagnosis and wanted to bring the family to the clinic for check ups he would give me a family discount…I could not believe it a clean clinic, professional staff, all the usual equipment, not that i know much about dental equipment.
After fighting the kids to understand we were not the worst parents in the world for taking them away from the beach and taking them to the dentists we came away from Cancun Cosmetic Dentistry with all our treatments, x-rays, consultations and work cheaper than if only my wife had received her needed work back home. Unbelievable that is why i will now always combine our family vacation to Cancun with our dental check-ups this clinic is a god send and i am all the better for rinding it.
