Sand maker is high-performance equipment for sand making and shaping, is researched and produced by our corporation through absorbing the advanced technology from Germany, and has achieved world advanced standards. This equipment has two types: rock-on-rock and rock-on-iron. Sand yield of “rock-on-iron” type is higher by 10-20% than that of “rock-on-rock” type.
Raw material falls down into feed hopper, and then through ring, it is divided into two parts by material-dividing plate. One enters into impellor through the center of material-dividing plate. The other falls down from outside of material-dividing plate. Material, which is thrown out by impellor at speed of 60-75m/s, hits material coming down from outside of material-dividing plate. How to use sand maker:
1. sand maker is a stationary device, before installation, it should be the foundation to do a solid job.
2. sand maker after fastening to check the ministries fasteners installed in the device, if loose to be tighten. The same time to check the belt tightness is appropriate.
3. Before the start of the sand maker, the first rotation of the rotor by hand to check the tooth claw hammer and rotor operation is flexible and reliable, whether the shell collision phenomenon referred to in the same direction, the power machine and the mechanical direction of rotation of the rotor with the machine arrow lubrication is good.
4. Do not replace the pulley to prevent the excessive speed of the grinding chamber to produce an explosion, or speed too low to affect the work efficiency of the third generation sand maker.
5. After starting the third generation sand maker should first idling 2 ~ 3min, no anomalies after the feeding.
6. Work, we should always pay attention to the functioning of the third-generation sand maker, the feed should be uniform to prevent blocked stuffy car, not a long work overload. If it is found that vibration, noise, bearing the body temperature is too high, out spray material and so on, should be shut down immediately check troubleshooting before they can continue to work.
