The shrine of deity Yamuna is the chief pilgrim place and there are numerous thermal springs in the area.
Gangotri is another holy place, located at a height of 3200 mt is the origin of the Bhagirathi River in Uttarkashi district of Uttarakhand, India. This holy spot where Ganga, the stream of life, is said to have feel earth for the first time, presents the immensity of picturesque luxury. The luxuriant valleys, thick forests and lofty peaks offer admirable trekking and mountaineering chance for adventure fans.
Kedarnath is situated in Rudraprayag district in the Himalayas, about 3584m above sea level near the head of Mandakini River, and is flanked by breathtaking snow-capped peaks. It is the most isolated place of the four Char Dham Yatra sites. Kedarnath, where an appearance of the Lord Shiva is respected as one of the Twelve Jyotirlinga. Badrinath is the most respected Shrine of all four Shrines and is the seat of Lord Vishnu. Badrinath Temple, built by Adi Shankar in the 9th century, is the place where you should be reaching this place.
