CoreTechnologie’s 3D_Analyzer® Viewer is now available through a mobile license-lending feature.
1888PressRelease – CoreTechnologie offers a unique way to borrow a license for engineers on the go. A 3D model visualization tool that requires no translation and no access to the native API. Its unique technology allows users to analyze data for 3D model compare, collision detection, and reading of PMI just to name a few.
Southfield, MI – CoreTechnologie (CT), the leading global provider of CAD converter, CAD viewer and 3D interoperability software, announces that the latest version of its 3D_Analyzer® viewer software (4.3) has a new license-borrowing function that allows users to “borrow” the software for a limited time on the go. The 3D_Analyzer® software suite offers three packages. 3D_Analyzer® Basic includes 24 different interface formats, such as CATIA V5/V6, NX, Inventor, SolidWorks, Creo, STEP, STEP242, JT, FBX and OBJ; as well as reading of major 2D drawing formats.
The 3D_Analyzer® Professional version of the viewer provides outstanding analysis capabilities that are usually available only in much more expensive CAD systems. Modules such as model comparison, collision detection, clearance checks, wall thickness, draft angles, undercuts and projected areas. “The Professional module is the ideal tool for users who sometimes use a CAD system for viewing and detailed analysis, but in general do not design or edit the data,” states Justin Sabol, Account Executive. The flexible viewer helps to relax the license utilization of expensive CAD licenses to significantly reduce costs. A special highlight of the Professional module is the ability to save all imported CAD models to JT or 3D PDF files. Unique to CT is the ability to read 3D parametric data, including dimensions, sketches, patterns, holes, tolerances and predefined views.
The new 3D_Analyzer® Plastic edition brings a service to plastics manufactures, toolmakers, molders and designers to optimize production cycles. It encourages innovation by making quick decisions upstream of the product development process. This edition is designed to optimize the thermal behavior of injection tools by quickly estimating the optimal cooling time of the injected part.
Intelligent 3D master models enable paperless production and avoid differences between 3D and 2D data. The clever technology is currently gaining importance for the integrated production process in the context of Model Based Engineering. 3D master models can also be used on lightweight, cost-effective tablets.
